1. AQWAL Products are covered with 10 years warranty against any manufacturing defects.
2. This warranty shall not apply to any products or parts there of that have been damaged as a result of the user’s or its against negligence, accident, faulty installation.
3. Due to effect of dirt, lime scale or aggressive cleaners.
4. Unauthorised alterations of the product.
5. Hoses, rubber parts, Plastic parts and consumable are not included in warranty.
6. This warranty shall automatically terminate upon the expiry of the warranty period even’s(the faucet has not been instated after purchase or has not been in use for any part or whole of the warranty period for any reason whatsoever.
7. In the event of non availability of components or parts due to any reason ehatsoever nether AQWAL India nor its authorized service location nor the dealer will be responsible or liable for any delay that may be caused to service/repair of the faucet.
8. Proof of purchase (Original Sales Receipt) must be provided with all warranty claims or requests.
